Occupational Therapist needed for ongoing position in Simi Valley, California, to plan and conduct treatment programs for patients with physical, social, and mental impairments.

Job Requirements

• 
  
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, Master's Degree preferred
  
• Experience: Two years' occupational therapy experience preferred
  
  
  Licenses and Certifications
  
  • 
    
  • Occupational Therapy Licensure: Required in state of practice
    
  • CPR or BLS Certification: Required
    
    
    Essential Functions
    
    • 
      
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to ensure quality standards and develop individualized treatment plans
      
    • Provide therapy interventions using established protocols and techniques
      
    • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
      
    • Supervise assigned assistants
