Job Description:
- Work Dates Needed: November 1 on going
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
- Worksite Setting: outpatient.
- Scope of Work: 16 -20 patients a day. Site sees 80 to 100
patients a day between all specialties, residency on site at times,
assigned MA who screens patient, blood draws in house. Adult
patients typical patients are hypertension, diabetes, lots of f/u
on labs most are 30+ aged, Case manager on site & lots of
collaboration with other physicians.
- Requirements: Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA
license, DEA, covid shot, TB, PROOF OF Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps,
Rubella (MMR), diphtheria, acellular Pertussis (Tdap), and
Varicella Vaccinations are all required & BLS must be BE or BC & NO
background or MP issues. Would love Spanish speaking: The majority
of patients served are Spanish-speaking
- EMR: Epic
- Credentials: takes 30 day turn around on credentials
- Salary 130-140
